Our Company

Our Story

Jomablue builds event technology that helps organisations bring people together, understand how attendees behave, and turn those interactions into data they can act on to drive conversions, deepen loyalty, and demonstrate clear return on investment.

Founded in 2001 as an event services provider, the Jomablue team spent over a decade working inside some of the most complex live events in the industry. That experience made one thing clear: the right platform could transform events from logistical exercises into genuine engines of business insight. In 2014, founder David Haysom-McDowell and Chief Technology Officer Matt Hnatojko built exactly that.

Today, Jomablue is a premium event technology partner operating across the globe, trusted by organisations where speed, reliability, and insight cannot be compromised.

To be the global leader in enterprise event software, enabling organisations to create experiences that foster human connection.

Empowering enterprise organisations with flexible, scalable event software to deliver exceptional experiences, whether self-managed, partner-supported, or delivered by our experts.

Building the Future of Events

We saw a fundamental gap in enterprise event delivery. Organisations were investing heavily in software platforms, yet events still failed due to poor execution, lack of on-ground support, and disconnected data.

Software alone is not enough. Features and dashboards cannot replace professional expertise, meticulous preparation, and reliable delivery when thousands of attendees depend on flawless execution.

We built Jomablue to bridge this gap. From award-winning check-in technology that streamlines arrivals while still allowing each guest to be greeted personally by name, to Smart Badge technology that shows marketers exactly how audiences engage, every capability is designed to make events better for attendees and simpler for organisers.

Every event is a promise. We exist to help organisations keep it.
