Event Technology Awards 2026: Jomablue Shortlisted in 8 Categories

Jomablue has been shortlisted in eight categories at the Event Technology Awards 2026, an independent programme that has recognised the people, products and platforms advancing the events industry since 2013.

The 2026 shortlist includes more than 80 companies competing across 37 categories, scored by 39 independent judges against four criteria: innovation, impact, execution and results.

For Jomablue, the nominations span multiple areas of its event platform, from registration and check-in to session management, data collection, sponsor and exhibitor operations, and artificial intelligence.

Eight Award Categories. One Connected Event Platform.

Jomablue is shortlisted again for Best Event Management Platform, the category it won in 2025, after previously winning Best Visitor Registration Technology in 2024 and Best AI for Lead Capture & Qualification at the Event Technology Awards AI Edition earlier in 2026.

This year’s nominations reflect the different ways customers use Jomablue to manage the operational work around an event.

The eight 2026 nominations:

  1. Best Event Management Platform
  2. Best Onsite Badging & Check-In Solutions
  3. Best Use of Technology for Event Analytics / Data Collection
  4. Best New Technology Product
  5. Best Event Project Management Software
  6. Best Use of AI Technology
  7. Best Chief Technology Officer, recognising Matt Hnatojko
  8. Favourite Event Technology Supplier, the People’s Choice Award

Jomablue CTO, Matt Hnatojko says the recognition reflects the work happening across the teams behind the platform:

“I’m genuinely pleased to be on this list. The recognition is really a reflection of our product and professional services teams. Their focus is simple. Make our customers successful, and deliver an unmatched experience for everyone who turns up. I set the direction. They make it real. Two strong nominees alongside me, and either would be a deserving winner.”

What's New in 2026?

Jomablue’s nominations highlight capabilities introduced or expanded this year: Live Agendas on Any Screen and Sponsor & Exhibitor Manager.

Live Agendas on Any Screen

Part of Session Management, Live Agendas on Any Screen turns event screens into live, data-driven agendas rather than static signage, slide decks or printed programmes. Session times, speaker changes, room moves, and cancellations can then flow through automatically.

The feature also lets customers:

  • Build templates once and duplicate them across events, reducing repetitive setup.
  • Highlight the session currently taking place, giving delegates an immediate view of what’s happening now.
  • Manage multiple screens from a single shareable view, with an at-a-glance status showing the health of screens across a venue.
  • Use Time Travel to preview templates and verify scheduled content changes before an event begins.
  • Draw on the same real-time event data used for check-in and attendance tracking.

The result is a screen experience connected to the live event rather than a separate presentation that needs to be manually updated.

Sponsor & Exhibitor Manager

Sponsor & Exhibitor Manager is designed to manage the operational work that happens before an event opens, including sponsor deliverables, exhibitor information, assets, forms and deadlines.

Sponsor & Exhibitor Manager includes:

  • A central hub for sponsors, exhibitors and event assets.
  • A branded self-service portal where sponsors can upload assets and complete forms and tasks.
  • An AI Quick Start feature that can read an uploaded prospectus PDF and generate proposed packages, tiers and deliverables for review.
  • SOC 2 Type II controls designed to protect customer data.

These bring sponsor and exhibitor management into one event workflow, instead of spreadsheets and email threads.

One Platform Across the Event Lifecycle

Taken together, the eight nominations reflect the breadth of operational work Jomablue supports around an event.

Before the doors open, teams can use the platform for registration, ticketing, sponsor and exhibitor management, and event preparation.

During the event, it supports on-site check-in and badging, session information and live event data.

After and throughout the event, analytics and data collection provide information that teams can use to understand attendance and engagement.

The eight categories therefore cover different stages of the event workflow, from event management and on-site technology to analytics, AI, session management and event project management.

What Happens Next?

Winners will be announced on 11 November 2026 at the Event Technology Awards 2026 Ceremony, at Amazing Grace in Canary Wharf, London (tickets required). The judges are scoring entries now, against the same four criteria applied across all 37 categories.

Whatever happens on the night, the eight nominations highlight the breadth of Jomablue’s event solutions, spanning Ticketing & Registration, Check-in & Badging, Session Management, Sponsor & Exhibitor Manager, Analytics and AI.

But there’s no need to wait until November to see the technology behind the nominations: Book a demo to explore Jomablue and see how its platform supports the work that goes into an event.
