Digital Marketing Executive

Sydney, Australia

The Digital Marketing Executive reports to the CMO and is responsible for executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels while managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

This is a hands-on delivery role. You’ll take campaigns from brief to launch across email, web, paid, and CRM, keeping multiple workstreams highly organised and shipping work at a high standard.

This is an operations role with room to grow. Day to day, you’ll be focused on getting great work out the door: campaigns built, launched, and performing. Beyond that, how far you take it is genuinely up to you. The people who do best here take ownership early, make smart calls without needing to check in, and turn the role into something bigger over time. We think this will suit someone coming from an agency or a similarly fast-paced environment, where independent decision-making is second nature, and the bar for quality is already high.

You must be motivated and passionate about great service. Within a small team, you understand that working closely with others and pitching in when necessary helps us reach our goals.

Product Support Specialist

Sydney, Australia

The Product Support Specialist reports to the Technology Services Manager and is the knowledge expert on the Jomablue platform. This role will support the successful implementation of Jomablue across the customer event journey; from registration data and CRM integrations through to event configuration, mobile apps, and virtual experiences. You will spend most of your time interfacing with our internal delivery teams and will be required to engage directly with customers in technical review workshops, integration planning sessions, and escalations where deep product expertise is required.

Technical Operations Specialist

Sydney, Australia

The Technical Operations Specialist reports to the Chief Technology Officer and sits at the centre of our platform, our development team and the internal teams who rely on both. You’ll develop a deep understanding of the Jomablue platform and products and how data flows through it, becoming part of a team to support our people diagnosing issues, answering platform questions and translating real-world problems into solutions.

You’ll combine broad technical knowledge across cloud, networking and SaaS environments with hands-on skills in SQL, APIs and scripting to investigate issues, run data operations and build smarter ways of working.

You must be motivated and passionate about great service. Within a small team, you understand that working closely with others and pitching in when necessary helps our team be stronger and reach our goals.
