Advanced ticketing functionality enables flexible pricing options that support even the most sophisticated event requirements, including:

Additional flexible financial management tools have also been included. Customers can now pay by credit card or invoice at check-out. This can be made available only to selected registration stores, allowing you the necessary control. Pending payments can be quickly identified by logging into Jomablue and can be either processed or cleared.
The helpful Jomablue features you may already know, are still available. Easy access for event organizers to edit and update information remains. As with our other features, the Ticketing and Registration portal includes helpful in-app instructions that result in quick and easy creation of landing pages, ticketing details and administration of guest lists.

All this is created inside Jomablue, in your own time and well in advance of ticket, or event registration release dates. Once live, customers can purchase tickets or register themselves directly onto the event registration page, providing companies with a comprehensive customer profile.
Event organizers have complete control over the data they want to capture during registration. This valuable information then integrates with other features of Jomablue, for example eDM personalizations, the event app, right through to post event survey personalization . One outcome of this integration is the ability to track marketing campaigns efficiency, including click through rates (when utilized with your established Google Analytics account), conversions and understand exactly where ticket sales and registrations are coming from.
Guest list updates and changes can be made anytime by logging into the portal and are automatically reflected across all of Jomablue’s features. Because data is sourced from one location, there is no need for additional CSV file uploads, or changing information in multiple platforms, as organizers move through the different steps of ticket administration.
