During May the development team were busy improving the output, display and communication of insights during and post-event. We also focused on at ease of use and reducing data input errors. Our goal is to make the process completely streamlined and the insights valuable for your business. Below, is the full list of enhancements for May.


  • Ability to explore real-time data insights within Jomablue to instantly improve the intelligence stakeholders have
  • Ability to view registration orders over time, registered vs unregistered products, people count by category, attendees per session and more; displayed in easy to digest pie charts and graphs
  • Ability to download a graph as an image for immediate use in stakeholder presentations
  • Ability to filter results by date/time and easily remove unreportable categories (e.g. staff)
  • Ability to display custom field information for attendees (i.e. ‘State’, ‘Industry’, ‘persona’) in easy to digest pie charts
  • Improved support for USA localisation with date/time formatting
  • Improved e-Ticket campaign UI to enable preview of email/SMS content before sending campaign
  • Improved UI of event email and SMS template page by allowing archive of content no longer needed
  • Added attendee order management page for people to view their ticket orders and understand the registration status of all tickets in their order
  • Improved UI for Vendors page in Jomablue to prevent duplicate exhibitor entries and improve page load time
  • Added the ability to search for vendors
